One clean, simple installation
Eclipse.net is a web based application which uses SQL Server and offers integration with Active Directory. This provides you with a simplified and more robust networking solution that’s secure, reliable and easy to update and maintain. One simple installation to your IIS and Eclipse.net and SearchStar can be accessed from as many workstations as you like via a link added to your learning platform, browser favourites or as a desktop shortcut. As a browser based application, Eclipse.net supports Thin Client networks.

regular quick tips guide to using SearchStar and easily keep

Unlimited multimedia cataloging
Catalogue all your resources to a single database from any browser based location. Customisable record cards allow you the freedom to catalogue as many different resource categories as you like including books, CDs, websites, equipment, hardware and even software licenses. Live media files such as movie clips and specialist audio files can be added to your records at the click of a button along with relevant linked assessment sheets and other media from your network. You will even be able to manage room bookings, and provide secure access to document stores and eportfolios. Full integration with WebLinks and Discovery enhance the speed of your cataloguing, providing instant access to Meet the Author interviews, hundreds of
